St. Florian Bruckner Days: Bruckner - Twilight Gathering

"A special beer for Dr. Bruckner!" meant at the Gause inn: The glass had to be carefully poured with a strong foam and served to the master immediately. Almost every evening, Bruckner spent his twilight hours with his favorite students. They report that the master insisted on "mandatory attendance" and always consumed an odd number of beers. During his time in Linz, he developed a great fondness for brass music through the daily exercises of the garrison band. "Beer and Brass Music" – the opening twilight hour of the Bruckner Days 2025. Joschi Auer will guide the program in his well-known cabaret style.
