Sunset Tasting with Gerhard Bohrn

Starting from the Bohrn winery in Herrnbaumgarten, winemaker Gerhard Bohrn will take you on a 30-minute walk to his insider tip for a tasting spot at sunset. The path leads you through the two cellar lanes, Schindergasse and Steinweg - the cellar lanes, a trademark of the Weinviertel region, are thus omnipresent. After about 2.5 km, you will reach the pyramid at the "Bundesleeranstalt." From here, you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the charming village of Herrnbaumgarten. Ten different wine tastings will immerse you in the vinophile diversity of the Weinviertel at sunset, accompanied by bread, spreads, and bacon for sustenance.

Round trip of approximately 2.5 km or 30 minutes each way

In case of bad weather, the wine tasting will take place in the historic wine cellar.
