A culinary Straußi hike in and around Staufen. The Straußi hike starts at 10 a.m. with a short welcome by hiking guide and retired mayor Bernhard Seger, before heading to Staufen in private cars. Here we set off on an approximately 11-kilometer circular hike with a stop in Grunern, where we first stop at the Probst-Straußi. Then we continue to the Faust town of Staufen, where we can taste a glass or two of wine at the wine fountain of the Landmann winery, in the center of the historic old town and at the foot of the Schlossberg, before having some free time.
