With a passion for good bread and her training as a bread sommelier, Viktoria has elevated the bread culture here at the Hildegard Naturhaus to a new level. Each week, she lovingly heats the wood-fired oven, and all our bread varieties are personally created by Viktoria in accordance with the teachings of Hildegard of Bingen, thus following the health-conscious guidelines of our house.

Please bring: cooking apron, house slippers, bread basket for transport home.
