Accompanied by a professional cheese sommelier, we will taste seven unique cheeses from seven different countries, paired with one sparkling wine and four other wines from the Nägele winery. Exciting discoveries await you—from the famous "cheese flowers" from Switzerland to "chocolate cheese" from Norway. We will talk about the traditions of cheese making and which cheeses are considered the culinary calling cards of their respective countries. How does the tasting work?
