Look forward to a culinary wine tasting with Martin Berstecher and Karlheinz Ungerer in the midst of the vineyards, offering a fantastic view of the Hohenloher Plain. **Passionate culinary artisans** will create a **varied menu** for you in the outdoor workshop vineyard: Aperitif with finger food ***** "Gaisburger Marsch" made from freshwater fish ***** Wagyu beef roulade (Martinshof, Rüsselshausen) with spinach-potato mash, garden vegetables, and Lemberger sauce ***** "Birne Helene" - pear, chocolate sauce, chocolate brownie, white chocolate mousse, and vanilla ice cream. Additionally, you can expect a guided **wine pairing** and mineral water in the vineyard.
