For the second time, we invite you to the atmospheric Spring Market Beltaine "Art + Craft + Museum" in the Celtic Village of Mitterkirchen! Experience spring in a special way and discover a diverse selection of handcrafted products as well as traditional and prehistoric craft techniques from the region and around the world. Look forward to talented artisans who will demonstrate their skills live and present their unique works – from authentically reconstructed jewelry to artistic woodwork, as well as lovingly crafted textiles and ceramics. There will also be a varied children's program that playfully introduces kids to the world of prehistory. Another highlight is the communal bread baking, where both young and old can get involved. A Celtic coin workshop invites participation as well. New this year are the free short tours of our new special exhibition, which offer exciting insights into current research and fascinating finds. Culinary delights are also well catered for: at the snack station, you can expect new delicacies from Celtic cuisine, complemented by modern dishes to suit every taste.
