Home Visit: The High-Rise District Around the Europapassage

In cooperation with the vai and the Architecture Days 2026, we will visit the house at Schulgasse 7. Two long-time owners – Gottfried Waibel and Klaus Ender – will share their enthusiasm for the house built in the 1950s and for the charm of its unique architecture.
Afterwards, we will continue our walk between the tall buildings to the former Messehochhaus on Realschulstraße. The small neighborhood between the former exhibition grounds and the city gymnasium may be urbanistically outdated, but it is certainly a cornerstone of collective memory!
