In 2026, a group of experts in archaeotechnology will once again convey the Iron Age culture in all its facets at the Celtic village of Mitterkirchen from Friday, July 31 to Sunday, August 2. Authentic clothing, household items, tools, and food from our ancestors of the Hallstatt period will be the focus and will inspire conversations. Together with the participants, the village can be experienced in a different way every day at 11:00 AM during a free guided tour, featuring ceremonial wagons and millet porridge.
