If you believe the duo folta, then "music is like a fold in time, and we are its garment." What does that mean? Irma-Maria Troy and Markus Prieth navigate through the diversity of folk music, intertwining it with their own stories and thus wrapping it in entirely new garments. With: a desire for sound and a passion for play. And with the joy of doing together what only music can do: creating a fold in time. Because folds are beautiful.

The Goas
The Goas is singular, yet it exists in pairs. Hans-Peter Falkner plays the Styrian button accordion, and Markus Binder plays the guitar. Both sing. Since 1989, the two have been performing under the name of the well-known musicians Attwenger in this configuration, focusing on more traditional material: Boarische, Zwiefache, waltzes, landlers, etc. Gstanzl are sung, old folk songs are presented in revised forms, and, depending on the mood, funny stories are also told. What’s new: Recently, the Goas has also been playing some pieces from their distant cousin Attwenger.
