This world record is about preparing the largest vinegar sausage (EWU) in the world and then enjoying it on Saturday. Here are the rough ingredients needed for the largest vinegar sausage: 2026 sausages, 100 kg of onions, 150 jars of pickles, 500 eggs, 50 liters of corn oil, 50 liters of vinegar, 25 liters of water, 20 liters of pumpkin seed oil, 30 kg of tomatoes, 200 kg of bread, a quantity of salt & pepper.
Garnishing: 50 jars of silver onions, 50 jars of peppers.
On May 30, you can watch this event starting at 00:00. Whether you want to watch it via livestream, directly in the beer tent Untersee on the screen, or through the built-in plexiglass windows in the tent.
Starting at 09:30, the opening and beverage service will begin.
At 10:00, there will be a brass band concert with the Untersee music band.
To shorten the waiting time until the vinegar sausage is ready to eat, Thomas Scheutz, Jonas Posch, and the following music groups will perform (the times may change):

At 1:00 PM, the vinegar sausage will be ready! If everything goes well, it will be available for consumption.
In a stainless steel tub with a diameter of 5 meters, the EWU will be laid out, garnished, and then served in portions to visitors for a voluntary donation.
The total proceeds will be donated to the association Fokus Mensch Bad Goisern!
