Alpine hike to the Dinjörgen Alp in the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park

Every morning to the livestock, up and down the mountain! The same in the evening, and throughout the day, a lot of work that can be both a burden and a joy? Experience a day on our family-friendly alpine hike that brings you closer to the life of an alpine herder. Our guide will show and explain to you the impressive nature, flora, and fauna of the alpine pastures as well as the work involved in alpine farming. ...and what could be more beautiful than taking a break at one of the numerous alpine huts during a hike, listening to the sound of the cowbells, feeling the peace, and enjoying a cool Radler or a hearty snack. Surely, the herder has plenty to share about his approximately 100-day summer in the Alps during a little "Huigarte" (Allgäu dialect for conversation). Good basic fitness and sure-footedness are required due to the sometimes narrow mountain paths and the 500 to 700 meters of elevation gain. Participation is only allowed with ankle-high hiking boots!
