• Foundational knowledge about cocktails: You will learn about the most important cocktail categories, understand the basic ingredients, and find out what techniques are behind a perfect mix. From the right choice of glass to the significance of the right ice – we will go through all the basics together.

• The craft of mixing: Shake, stir, strain – there are many techniques you will learn. We will show you the professional methods that will allow you to prepare cocktails masterfully. Of course, you will also stand behind the bar yourself and mix your first cocktails.

• Tips & tricks: With the right techniques, you can turn a simple drink into a true masterpiece. We will share secret tips from the bartenders of our four bars in Bad Saarow and show you how to impress your guests with amazing cocktails at home.

• No-gos when mixing: There are some mistakes you should definitely avoid – we will show you what they are and how to steer clear of them from the start. The goal: perfect cocktails, without mishaps!
