Halloween at the Zoo

When the ghostly fog rolls over the zoo meadow and rustling can be heard in the castle cellar, it's Halloween time again at Zoo & Schloss Hoyerswerda! On OCTOBER 31, a spooky and beautiful program awaits you for young and old: Kiddie course & spooky crafting at the old camel enclosure, a spooky cellar for the little ones in the castle cellar, live animal taxidermy & bats, stilt artists, a bouncy castle locomotive in the ghostly fog, eerie light moments throughout the entire facility, witching hour in the castle courtyard, sweet and savory treats on the zoo meadow and in the castle courtyard. Highlights include: a horror cabinet for the adults in the castle hall & a fire show at 7 PM on the zoo meadow – the grand finale!
