The guided tour of the exhibition "The City as a Fortress" offers insights into the development of fortifications and defensive structures, from the medieval city wall to the Renaissance and Baroque expansions in the 16th century.
The tour takes you through the historic walls and shows how the function of the casemates has changed over the centuries: from a strategic ammunition depot to a vibrant event venue. Multimedia exhibitions, interactive stations, as well as 3D models and tactile models make history accessible to everyone.

Tickets can be purchased on-site at the casemates.
