From Paddler to Confident Canoe Guide

The three-day Canoe Advanced Training in Mirow combines solid learning with intense action on the Mecklenburg Lake District. You will specifically improve your technique, learn to steer your boat safely, and gradually develop into a confident canoe guide. Varied sessions on land, in, and on the water ensure excitement and progress, accompanied by experienced instruction. Topics such as equipment knowledge, paddle technique, boat control, and tour planning are meaningfully interlinked and directly implemented on a guided three-lake tour. Camping on-site, transfers, and professional equipment complete the training. This three-day canoe course in the Neustrelitz area offers you the opportunity to experience new things, exert yourself, and actively begin your adventure on the water.

- Guided round tour on the Mecklenburg Lake District
- Learn all paddle strokes and the most important maneuvers
- Exercises for better boat control, rescue and recovery, and behavior in locks

- Voucher valid for 1 person
- Group size: 10-18 people
- Duration: Total duration approximately 3 days; pure experience duration approximately 8 hours per day

Equipment & Clothing:
To bring: Food, camping gear (tent or sleeping in the vehicle possible), swimwear, towel, water shoes (no flip-flops!), warm change of clothes, and rain gear, sun protection.
Provided: Canoe rental fees, paddles, life jackets, and campsite costs are included.
