After her highly acclaimed debut "Windschatten" (October 2024) – which received two Amadeus Award nominations, the Hubert von Goisern Culture Prize 2024, and an ARTE TRACKS portrait – the Austrian musician Anna Buchegger releases her second album "Soiz."
With "Soiz," Buchegger opens the next chapter – one that is just beginning. She remains true to the dialect as an artistic statement and confronts Alpine tradition with self-irony, a feminist stance, and avant-garde sound language. Between couture and traditional attire, an artistic figure emerges that does not preserve homeland but critically questions it.
The album climbed to number 6 on the Austrian monthly album charts and marks the beginning of an intense live phase with over 40 shows in 2026.
