The main thing is color – color as an expression of joy in life. In this painting course, the focus is on free and experimental work with color. We don't just paint with color; we let color itself become the actual subject of the painting. We move between representational and abstract forms. Colors are allowed to flow into one another, connect, create contrasts, or stand powerfully side by side. From the flat surface, new pictorial spaces emerge, and light and depth develop from the interplay of colors. The painting process remains open and lively. Inspiration is provided by the colorful landscape of the Almtal, whose moods and color tones serve as a starting point for personal artistic ideas.
