The original sound ensemble from Italy, led by its charismatic founder Giovanni Antonini, has been around since 1985. It has remained young and fresh, continuing to make "Early Music" an exciting, sensually vibrant experience. The special guest is Alois Mühlbacher, once a prominent member of the St. Florian Boys' Choir, now an internationally acclaimed countertenor. The "harmonic garden" is located in Venice and enchants with southern colors. The finest Venetian Renaissance and Baroque music will be performed. The great master of the fascinating lagoon city was Antonio Vivaldi, but there is much to discover around him. For example, brilliant pieces by Tomaso Albinoni, Baldassare Galuppi, Giovanni Legrenzi, and precious works by the prematurely deceased Dario Castello from the early 17th century.
