"Still alive and well" has applied to Jonny Winter many years ago and is more true than ever for "gruen2g". The band, led by mastermind, singer-songwriter, and guitarist Wolfgang Grünzweig, has existed in various line-ups for 30 years and is currently vibrant, eager to play, and immensely original. With 10 CD productions and countless videos, the band's productivity is evident. "Die Bühne Purkersdorf" is likely the place where this formation develops a sense of home, and the anticipation for this gig is all the greater. Surprise guests are quite possible.
