Concert: Hungry Hearts

Hungry Hearts brings songs and stories about love to the stage of the Kulturkeller Kalsdorf. The program by Wagersfeld takes music from Bruce Springsteen as a starting point and connects it with their own interpretations, texts, and thoughts. On March 20, the Kulturkeller Kalsdorf will transform into a serene concert venue where music and words intertwine. The well-known songs of Springsteen tell of longing, closeness, and the everyday life between hope and doubt. Wagersfeld, consisting of Frankie Vetter and brothers Alfred and Bernd Valta, addresses these themes and places them in a new context.

The program moves between concert and storytelling evening. Musical pieces alternate with short text passages and moderations, creating a common thread throughout the evening. The songs are not simply played but are illuminated in their background and mood.

The Kulturkeller Kalsdorf is a fixed meeting point for cultural events south of Graz. The small stage creates an immediate atmosphere that makes the music feel particularly close.
