Ariel, the youngest daughter of King Triton, dreams of another world – that of humans. When she saves Prince Eric from drowning, her desire to become human grows. But the sea witch Ursula offers her a dangerous deal: Ariel must sacrifice her voice to live her adventure. Accompanied by her friends, the crab Sebastian and the fish Fabius, Ariel experiences a story full of courage, love, and magic – a fairy tale about growing up, following one's heart, and the power of being different.
With music by Alan Menken and lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater, world-famous songs like "Under the Sea" and "Part of Your World" resonate, defining the Disney era. Since the Oscar-winning film of 1989, THE LITTLE MERMAID has been one of Disney's greatest successes. Now, this success becomes a colorful stage event for the whole family in Baden.
