What will be cooked? Nothing complicated, mainly vegetarian cuisine.
Porridge, crispbread, antipasti, condiments, vegetables (fried, roasted, and pickled), salads, homemade sauces and flatbreads, sautéed tomatoes, or the caramelized sesame crunch with Greek yogurt and roasted fresh fruits, sheep cheese prepared in various ways, stuffed tomatoes (Gemista). On top of that, there is the idyllic Hanslmann atmosphere and, of course, a long table where everyone comes together at the end.

12:00 Joint lunch
Afterwards: Cooking session
18:30 Joint dinner
Individual cooking classes can be arranged additionally.
