#### 20 Years of Mettnau Open Air 2006–2026 Zeller Kultur e.V. presents: METTNAU JAZZ OPEN (Air) featuring **South Quartet.** Four edgy (jazz) individualists from Germany’s wild south—worldly, confident, and stylistically unique.  Behind the South Quartet lie four edgy individualists from Germany’s wild south—worldly, confident, and stylistically unique. Through mutual artistic understanding, yet also interwoven with playful provocations and stimulating contrasts, the four musicians engage in a lively exchange of creative ideas.   Ull Möck plays the piano with virtuosity and sensitivity, Simon Schallwig provides the foundation on the double bass, and Matthias Daneck grooves with boundless energy and tireless energy on the drums. In their respective roles, they demonstrate the utmost creativity and versatility. Consistently avoiding standardized accompaniment patterns, always on the move, always good for surprises, and always keeping the big picture in mind, they constantly challenge the audience’s attention.
