Sun Island Street Food Summer | 5th Weekend in August with GL Gaggenau

**You’re cordially invited to the Sonneninsel Street Food Summer 2026!** From May through October, food trucks will be serving up culinary highlights on the weekends at the village square in Dobel. On the third weekend of August, **GL Gaggenau** will offer a variety of grilled items, langos, crêpes, cocktails, spritz drinks, and cold beverages. **Warm invitation to the Sonneninsel Street Food Summer 2026!** Between May and October, food trucks will offer culinary highlights on weekends at the village square in Dobel. On the weekend of August 28–30, 2026, **GL Gaggenau** will offer: - Sweet and savory langos - Sweet and savory crêpes - Grilled items such as grilled vegetables, two types of steaks, and sausage - Croatian specialties such as cevapcici and skewers - A beverage cart with beer, cocktails, spritzers, and cold drinks In addition to culinary highlights, there’s even more to discover: On **August 28, 2026**, there will be entertainment in the Kurpark with the **open-air cinema**. In case of bad weather, it will take place in the Kursaal. Tickets are available directly at the box office. In addition, there will be a **full moon hike** on **August 29, 2026**. Registration with Black Forest Guide Monika Amann is required for this event. Admission to the Sonneninsel Street Food Summer is free; the cost of food and drinks varies by food truck.
