Story Café: Haslach from A to Z

As part of this storytelling café on Friday, May 8, 2026, short contributions related to Haslach will be collected and recorded. They can vary in length and relate to a wide range of topics, such as historical events or local peculiarities. They may reference stories about houses, memories of personalities, festivals, war experiences, or similar themes that are suitable for "oral history."

The common thread through the contributions will be the alphabet: under the title "Lexicon of Haslach Peculiarities," typical Haslach terms will be collected together, tagged, and assigned to a letter of the alphabet (e.g., A for Alter Turm, B for Bürgergarde, C for Cembalo-Bauer, etc.). The Haslach Alphabet will continue to grow after the action week with various groups, and the selection of contributions will be incorporated into the new concept of the museum in the Old Tower.
