Fishing Festival

From January 31 to February 1, 2026, Wels was once again Austria's number one meeting point for all anglers and fly fishers. Current trends and product innovations from all leading top brands for hobby and professional anglers were presented here. Approximately 6,000 m² of exhibition space featuring all top brands for all types of fishing: predatory fish, catfish, carp, and fly fishing. Action highlights included a fly fishing pool, demonstration basin, and fly tying. Enjoyment and sustainability: fish dishes and advice from the Upper Austria State Fishing Association. Over 22,300 visitors.
