TribU2 – A Tribute To U2

"TribU2 - A Tribute To U2" is a U2 tribute band from Austria that has pursued a clear goal since its founding in 2003: to bring as authentic a reproduction as possible of the unique feeling, unmistakable sound, distinctive look, and extraordinary show of the Irish rock superstars U2 to the stage. After more than 10 years of intense rehearsals, extensive sound tinkering, and numerous concerts in Austria, Germany, and Italy, the band, consisting of singer Michael Mold (Bono Vox), guitarist Gernot Schödl (The Edge), bassist Florian Schmid (Adam Clayton), and drummer Reinhard Schwarzinger (Larry Mullen Jr.), has established itself as a fixed part of the national and international tribute scene. During live shows, the biggest U2 hits such as "Sunday Bloody Sunday," "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For," "Where the Streets Have No Name," "With or Without You," "One," "Pride," "Beautiful Day," "Vertigo," and many other songs from the last 40 years of U2 are performed. Naturally, tracks from the current U2 album "Songs Of Experience" (2017) are also included.
