The play "Gender" tells the story of two teenagers, Meel and Josh, who engage in an intense, honest dialogue about the themes of gender roles, identity, and friendship. Against the backdrop of an upcoming school festival, they increasingly feel pressured to meet the expectations of their environment. In their conversations, they question the relevance of societal norms, share their own experiences and doubts, and begin to find their very personal answers to the question of what it means to be "oneself."
