Children's Theater "Pippi Longstocking"

On Sunday, April 19, 2026, at 3 PM, the Cultural Association Schärding and the Children's Friends Schärding invite you to the children's theater "Pippi Longstocking" in the Kubinsaal.

There is great excitement in Villa Kunterbunt: Pippi triumphs over burglars, teachers, and police officers and is a wonderful friend to Tommy and Annika. Nothing is a problem for Pippi, as true as her name is Pippilotta Viktualia Rollgardina Pfefferminza Efraims Tochter Langstrumpf! She may not be able to do math, but she can uproot trees and lift horses.

Pippi Longstocking lives with her horse and her little monkey Mr. Nilsson in Villa Kunterbunt and does whatever she wants. She is the strongest girl in the world, wonderfully unruly, and tells the most marvelous lies. Pippi experiences the most exciting adventures with her friends and doesn't always behave as one might expect. She does what she wants and doesn't let anyone push her around. Tommy and Annika, her best friends, know this well, as there is always something happening with Pippi. It's no wonder that even after 80 years, Pippi Longstocking continues to delight children and adults alike with her adventures.
