The two theater groups, led by director and art teacher Uschi Nocchieri and art teacher Gerda Kopa, present "The Imaginary Invalid" by Molière – each with different casts. First performance at 6:00 PM, second performance at 7:30 PM.
The Imaginary Invalid – Short Description
Argan is convinced that he is seriously ill – even though he is perfectly fine. He tirelessly consults doctors and takes every conceivable medicine. This is to the dismay of his daughter Angélique, who is to marry a doctor against her will, instead of her secret lover. The clever servant Toinette has had enough of Argan's self-deception:
As a supposed doctor, she shows him how much he misleads himself and those around him. For those who are constantly afraid often see problems that do not even exist.
