Vienna Jukebox

This musical arc in vocal-harmonic triads spans from pop to Viennese songs, all the way to the Andrew Sisters and various "mash-ups," which are combinations of two songs that fit well together musically.

Concerts by Vienna Jukebox are celebrations. The songs are presented in imaginative, unique, and elaborate arrangements that highlight the humor of the three singers. This show is an intense experience. We see our concerts as an invitation for the audience to break away from everyday life, to pay attention, and to engage.

Vienna Jukebox consists of: Susanne Marik, Bettina Soriat, and Elsa Schwaiger. What started as a promising idea quickly developed into a concept that the three jazz musicians implement with great attention to detail and a healthy dose of Viennese charm.

The love for close harmony singing brought the three frontwomen together. They swing their guests with a lot of wit into different musical worlds, from swing to pop to rock, and perhaps even to themselves.

From "Bei mir bistu shein" to "Rababzibab" - the range extends from Sasha, Elton John, Rainhard Fendrich to Gerhard Bronner and the Andrew Sisters.

Each evening is accompanied live by our fantastic band "The Jukebox Swingers." This includes: Lenny Dixon on drums, Stefan Pista-Bartus on double bass, and Belá Fischer as our musical director on piano.
