Allegro Vivo. "The heavens tell..."

After around 40 festival days, we look back on 48 years of Allegro Vivo. "On Stage" is the motto, and it has been the defining thought in every musical encounter between the people on stage and the audience.
The closing weekend of this year's festival begins with the peace greeting "Da pacem domine" by Arvo Pärt as a moving introduction to Mozart's A major Violin Concerto, featuring Vahid Khadem-Missagh as the soloist. Following in the footsteps of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's "Italian Journey," Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy embarked on an educational trip. Inspired by the diverse impressions, he conceived his famous 4th Symphony - the "Italian," which will resound as a brilliant conclusion to the festival.
