The instrumental interplay of Thomas Kramer, Erwin Schmidt, and Heimo Wiederhofer is characterized by great joy of playing, energy, dynamics, spontaneity, deep feeling, and profound respect for the music.
The blend of the three instruments (guitar, drums, and Hammond B3) is unique; they mix extraordinarily well, never get in each other's way, and give each other plenty of space.
A band sound that "the door doesn't close anymore."
The three musicians pay homage to the jazz greats of the sixties, such as Wes Montgomery, George Benson, and Pat Martino on jazz guitar, as well as Jimmy Smith and Jack McDuff on the Hammond, who made this sound so popular at that time.
With this classic band sound, the jazz trio, founded in 2016, is now forging new, contemporary paths and interpreting, alongside a few classics from that era, the compositions of guitarist Thomas Kramer, and there are now several new ones.
