After-work hike with the Alpine Club Mondsee

Date: April 24, 2026, 1:00 PM, Meeting point parking lot St. Gilgen-Aich (Winkl 58, 5340 Winkl) - paid parking
From our meeting point in Winkl (St. Gilgen am Wolfgangsee), we will start a hike up the Schafberg for the weekend. The ascent begins steeply through the forest until we reach the Schafbergalpe, after which we will make our way over open terrain to the summit of Schafberg. The descent will follow the same route as the ascent.
Tour details: approx. 1,200 meters of elevation gain
Requirements: Membership in the Alpine Club; endurance for about 500 meters of elevation gain per hour during the ascent; sure-footedness
Registration deadline: Monday, April 20, 2026, with Julia Haslinger (juliahaslinger@gmx.at)
