The Viennese artist Yasmo once again brings her distinctive blend of spoken word and music to the Theater Akzent. Following a successful kickoff in 2025, "Yasmo & friends" is now entering its second round – an evening full of powerful voices, pointed texts, and intimate musical moments. Together with outstanding artists, Yasmo creates a socially and politically charged revue evening that moves, inspires, and provokes thought. In addition to touching performances on stage, the host opens up conversations with the participants, providing a behind-the-scenes look and creating an approachable, personal atmosphere. Aida Loos, one of the most significant voices in Austrian cabaret, adds humorous highlights and sharp social criticism. In her solo programs, she weaves razor-sharp analyses with heartfelt irony and also shines with her column "freudloos" in the Kurier. On stage, Schwesta Ebra, one of the most influential voices in the feminist hip-hop scene, will perform. The rapper, moderator, and activist combines charismatic performance with socially critical lyrics, focusing on themes such as migration, identity, and equality. Beyond music, she advocates for giving a voice to disadvantaged people through various projects. The musical lineup is as high-profile as it is diverse: Sodl, FM4 Award winner and third place recipient of the MuFA Music Producer* Award, captivates as one of the most exciting newcomers in the Austrian music scene. Anna Buchegger, an icon of dialect music, impresses with her distinctive voice and authentic stage presence. And as a highlight, Ina Regen – Amadeus Award winner and chart-topper – concludes the evening with her unmistakable mix of emotion, depth, and pop appeal. She will also be a mentor in the MuFA Mentoring Program 2025/26.
