The wobble board offers effective training for deep muscles and balance.
During a training session, balance and coordination are practiced.
This builds muscle and enhances concentration.
This means that the balance board is an ideal learning break for kids, which is a lot of fun and simultaneously builds body tension. As a result, every other sport becomes significantly easier to learn. Feel free to drop by on a Friday during the summer holidays between 1 PM and 6 PM and try it out for yourself!
Every Friday during the summer holidays from July 17 to September 11, available in the afternoon from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at GLORY BOARDS Seekirchen, Gewerbestraße 1a, in the basement at direct sales.
For ages 6 and up (with a guardian)
