Excursion to the former mine in Jemnice

The excursion is thematically linked to the lecture from September 3, 2026, and allows participants to experience the mining history of the region firsthand. They will gain access to the developed mine and can get to know the historical facilities up close. An expert guide will explain the geological and mining peculiarities on site and connect the historical information presented in the lecture with the real surroundings.

Departure at 8:30 AM from the AK parking lot in Waidhofen/Thaya
Return around 6 PM
