A delightful evening of the highest class - Get ready for the annual culinary highlight at Riederalm! We are very much looking forward to welcoming outstanding chefs again in 2026:

- Thomas Hofer (Hotel Bergergut, Afiesl, Upper Austria)
- Lukas Kienbauer (Lukas Restaurant, Schärding, Upper Austria)
- Andreas Wickhoff (Weingut Bründlmayer, Langenlois, Kamptal, Lower Austria)

The evening begins with an exquisite flying buffet, personally served by the guest chefs at various stations. In a relaxed atmosphere, guests can enjoy the first culinary highlights and get to know the master chefs in an informal setting. Following this, a six-course gourmet menu awaits, where the chefs artfully showcase their specialties from their homelands. The culinary journey takes us from Salzburg to Upper Austria and all the way to the Canary Islands in Spain, accompanied by exquisite wines from Lower Austria that perfectly complement each course.

As a grand finale, the Riederalm Culinary Workshop opens its doors for a lively kitchen party. Here, the evening concludes in a casual atmosphere with music, good conversations, and special moments of indulgence.
