Not only we adults, but also our children have to process a flood of information and impressions every day. Therefore, it is even more important that they can consciously arrive at themselves again and again and treat their body and mind with mindfulness.
They can learn to listen to their needs. Through this "arriving at oneself," they become more open to the feelings of others.
In the 3 sessions, the elements of yoga will be taught in a child-friendly and playful manner.
