Interactive tour for families and children

Have you ever worn a firefighter's helmet, held a hose in your hand, or tried out how heavy real firefighting gear is? During an interactive family tour on Saturday, May 9, 2026, the Upper Austria Fire Museum will become an experiential space: children and adults are invited to try, participate, and discover how firefighting worked in the past and how it works today. Exciting stories, hands-on stations, and plenty of "aha" moments will make the museum visit a true adventure for the whole family. With Karl Pree, the former commander of the St. Florian Fire Department.
