Talent Summer 2026 – VM2 – Stage is set!

Monday:
Villa Fruit Box (Martina Riedlmayer)
Attention young architects and furniture designers! Using empty boxes, cups, colorful papers, and small items, we will create our dream room in miniature size inside a fruit box – with colorful walls, carpet, furniture, and cool posters on the wall, everything you wish for. Here you can let your imagination run wild.

Tuesday:
Drawing. Line by Line (Art Mile Krems)
Line by line, you will gain insights into drawing techniques with pastel chalk or pencil and into hatching with pen and ink before attempting a composed drawing. Additionally, you will visit the current exhibition at the Cartoon Museum.

Wednesday:
The stage is set for your imagination! (Dipl. Educ. Viktoria Göls)
In our workshop, the stage becomes a place full of surprises. With fun improvisation games and creative theater exercises, you will step into exciting roles and discover how much expression and improvisational talent you have within you. Here, you are encouraged to experiment, laugh, and just play freely.

Thursday:
Fairy Tale Quiz (Maga. Katharina Richter-Kovarik, Folklorist)
Spindle, gold, and down feather – everyone knows where they appear. Or do they? You will dive into the world of fairy tales. Look at various objects and guess which fairy tale stories they belong to. You will learn what fairy tales actually are and how certain themes can be interpreted today. We will reenact a few scenes, try out the spinning wheel, or "build" an oven. Locally crafted magic wands will also help. The program is held with the kind support of the Folklore Museum Vienna.

Friday:
And action for your own upcycled game figure! (Dipl. Educ. Viktoria Göls)
Using everyday objects or trash, we will create very special game figures through upcycling. With imagination and skill, we will bring unique characters to life, each with its own personality.
