Waldviertler Table Culture

At the season opener, Viktoria Kuben, head chef at Dorfwirt Litschau, and Willy Welser from Donauschlössel Spitz transform the MOMENT at Herrenteich into a place of sensual enjoyment. The evening combines culinary sophistication with fresh spring ingredients from the Waldviertel region. In keeping with the artistic ambiance, there will also be some cultural surprises that make the evening a special experience. Carefully selected drinks and paired wines for each course complete the dinner.
