Waldviertler Table Culture

In the summer, the Diamond Club Ottenstein offers a special setting for the Table Culture – a stylish ambiance where star chef Herbert Hettegger, together with René Zimmermann from "Waldjungfrau," interprets traditional Waldviertel ingredients in new, creative ways. The cuisine plays with regional classics, wild flavors, and inspiring combinations that reflect local products and the season. The evening is all about enjoyment, elegance, and culinary sophistication – accompanied by selected drinks and wines, as well as an artistic supporting program that enhances the atmosphere of the golf club.

Included experiences:
- Extensive aperitif selection (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
- 2 introductory greetings from the kitchen with the aperitif
- Table setting
