Wiener Blond & Band - Tour 2027

For fifteen years now, Sebastian Radon and Verena Doublier have been enthusiastically composing, singing, and writing lyrics together in their duo, navigating through their everyday worlds. In 2027, Wiener Blond will be back on tour through Austria and Germany with a new album, marking their first tour with a band since 2022. On their current album, they skillfully connect the seemingly mundane to the big questions of the present. They humorously outline the challenges of the digital zeitgeist while offering various hopeful perspectives and potential survival strategies—musically packaged in a distinctive version of urban pop music, influenced by the diverse experiences of city life. Following the great success of their collaboration with the Original Wiener Salonensemble, a new long player will be released in 2027, leaving behind the sounds of strings and the coziness of coffeehouses to celebrate the pure joy of groove and harmonies once again. On stage, the duo is musically accompanied by Raphaela Fries on drums and Marc Bruckner on bass. The four-member band creates a vibrant and danceable musical backdrop for the songs, with the lyrics and melodies from Wiener Blond always at the forefront.
