KATHARINA STRASSER MY CHILDHOOD ON CASSETTE BETWEEN MIXTAPE AND BAND SALAD
After the sold-out successful program "The 50+ Years Austropop Review," Katharina Straßer embarks on a musical journey back to the 90s - to a time when the REC button was sacred, the pencil indispensable, and the fruit dwarf was still healthy. Together with the Spicy Backstreet Band, she reminisces about her coming-of-age amidst Diddl Mouse, Baywatch, and Tschisi ice cream: from first crushes, big feelings, small dramas, and her own mixtapes for just those life situations. Nostalgic, humorous, and touching - an evening for everyone who still knows, or wants to know, why a pencil was needed for salad back then, why "until it’s dark" was a valid time, and why a ghost driver report was the ultimate challenge of the mixtape.
Katharina Straßer: Actress and singer. Known from the ORF hit "Schnell ermittelt" and stage successes like "My Fair Lady." She already captured the hearts of her audience with her solo evening "Alles für’n Hugo," about the tumultuous life of Cissy Kraner. (Vocals)
