This year, NEUNUNDNEUNZIG returns from the fog. With the "Nothing Lasts Forever" tour, the Austrian duo presents a new chapter this autumn. Four years, numerous solo projects and release fragments, hype, and two tours have passed since their first joint band album "99 in Your Heart" and its already completed successor. The romantic-melancholic tone of the debut, created during the pandemic, has given way to a new sobriety. Replacing the fairy-tale figurative characters Nicki Papa and Saiya Tiaw, their alter egos AMANDUS 99 & DANZINGER 99 take the helm on "99 Nothing Lasts Forever" with a noticeably firmer hand. The new songs of the duo no longer drift in a cloud; they dart across the asphalt floors of Vienna, Paris, and Bucharest.

NEUNUNDNEUNZIG brings this new sound to life on the upcoming tour after a successful premiere as a live quintet last festival summer, performing in ten cities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The band founders Leonidas Braith and Ilja Danzinger are joined by Stefan Raschbacher (bass), Miriam Jochmann (piano & synths), and Moritz Kolmbauer (drums).

After years of fragmented appearances, the "Nothing Lasts Forever" tour promises to create the most immersive experience yet in the cosmos of NEUNUNDNEUNZIG; there, their longing sound unfolds, and their constant play with identity and staging becomes palpable at the stage edge of pulsating clubs.
