Erwin Muik, born in 1958, is a freelance photographer and filmmaker who has been running his studio in Güssing for over 40 years. He represents Austrian professional photographers in several capacities, is a member of the Federation of European Photographers, and is also passionately involved in the artistic field, where he has made a name for himself in numerous exhibitions both at home and abroad. This exhibition navigates the tension between the visible and the imagined, between documentary appeal and staged construction, between closeness and distance, reality and fiction. This creates image spaces where certainties become unstable and perception itself becomes the subject. (until Sunday, September 13)
