Culinary: Bija - Culinary Experience

The culinary experience "Bija" brings fresh air to the culinary scene in Graz. A special pop-up is being created at the Van den Berg Spice House in Graz, combining fine aromas, creative ideas, and sweet craftsmanship. From May 22 to May 24, the space will become a meeting point for all who appreciate good food. At the center of it all is top pastry chef Jaimy Reisinger. Her desserts tell little stories and blend classical techniques with new influences. Each course surprises with fine details, selected ingredients, and a deep sense of taste.

The spice house itself provides the perfect stage. The air is filled with the scents of spices as plate after plate is served. The atmosphere is calm, almost like an evening with friends – but with a special emphasis on the kitchen.
