The project idea of the Quarta 4 Countries Youth Philharmonic is to create a cross-border philharmonic workshop as a new stage for talents from the Lake Constance region. To achieve this, the commitment of all cultural creators, especially the youth, is essential. Only in this way can the cultural space of Lake Constance be further strengthened from the grassroots level as a shared living environment.
